'Eating Well' Class
This class is devoted to providing you the most scientifically valid concepts for developing a wellness diet. Dr. Ehresman will clarify the body's innate genetic requirements for nutritional content and nutrient sufficiency. We will study physiological impact of the standard "Western Diet" with metabolic acidosis, insulin resistance, probiotic deficiencies, fatty acid metabolism, and other concerns. This class will also review the toxic effects of food additives, preservatives, household products, and industrial chemicals. Above all else Dr. Ehresman will show you how to make better food choices quickly and easily!
